All I can say is that this dealership are acting like sharks.Sold me a golf for 2350.Had a few concerns, but I was fobbed off with it should be like that. It’s probably due to ice on the wires. They knew I needed a car quickly.My own fault.Within a week, I’ve taken it to a garage and it needed over £1000 worth of work. The gears were going the cam belt was needing replacing. There was a horrible knocking sound when driving on a major electrical fault that they had tampered with.Went back to them to get a refund. Even though I paid in cash, they made me wait five days and deducted £200 for an admin fee.An admin fee which has never actually completed as I’ve never received the logbook.So they sold me a faulty car and kept £200 for the process.Has promised to get the boss to call me regarding this numerous times, but they just keep ignoring me.Will be taking this further now

hello , we have refunded you in full even you didnot give us one chance to fix the car , and we were waiting for the logbook to be sent out to do the refund of 200£ but we have given you full refund and still not recieved the logbook . and even you pay cash we cant do refund in cash we have to refund in bank account , and we hold 200£ for the logbook and we have even done the refund of that 200£ as well and taken the car back , refund does take 5 days , we did what we can do to help you , if dont respect that we cant do anything else . thanks
