Idealcarz sold me a Ford Ka without telling me it was a Cat S.Now I can’t resell it without a substantial loss to me.I will be taking this matter as far as I can to recoup my initial outlay.Autotrader doesn’t let me award no stars, hence the one star.

hello , if thing we are new management and we takeover this business in January 2024, and this not possible that on auto trader it is not shown that it is cat s , if the car is advertised on auto it should have shown on the advert , and the management at that time should have told you that it is cat s , and how come you are coming back to ideal carz after a year. this should have been told you at the time of purchase ,

Went to test drive a Ford C-Max Titanium 2.0, 57 reg. The car was a complete ship wreck. The exterior of the car was filthy, the car was scratched to buggery, engine noise was heavy, the automatic gearbox was stiff, the colour tube on the LCD screen was faulty, there was rust on the break pads, the windscreen wipers were hanging off, the car smelt of old person and to top it off the sales person knew all these things were wrong with the vehicle and wants to sell it for £2,490 without a service. It is barely worth £500! The dealer tried to make a sale by knocking the price down a little but for a AA inspection to be done he wanted £400 deposit and IF (and it's a very big if) the inspection came back clear he wanted ALL the money for the car. How on earth can you do business like this? I smelt a rat straight away and walked. I suggest buyer's tread with caution when going to inspect and test drive a car from this dealer as the car shown and described online does NOT match the adver. BEWARE.

What a waste of time! Arrived after a 1 hour drive to only find out the car doesn’t start and the whole passenger side was keyed ( not mentioned on the advert). Customer service is non existent & the guy didn’t seem to care. avoid at all costs.

In a word "UNTRUSTWORTHY"After travelling a considerable distance to view this vehicle, with the intention of driving it home, I was shocked to see what I was presented with.There were unsightly large blobs of glue (?) all over the bonnet. There was obvious evidence of a substantial impact on the rear wing which had shunted the boot lid so far out it wouldn't close properly.I raised these issues and the garage promised to contact me with the possibility of possibly refunding some of my travel costs as the vehicle was not what had been described. Needless to say they didn't contact me.Enough said!

I had a really bad experience with this garage, please stay away! I do not recommend it. was sold a faulty car with a dangerous oil leak expensive to repair. I was presented with and a third MOT omitting the serious problems.I was aloud to return the car at a very expensive administration fees plus mileage, which were not pointed out when it was purchased. I made a lost of £700 in less than three weeks. I has been now eight days and I still have not been refunded. stay well away from this garage.
